Admission Procedure for Prospective Students

The list is a summary of the procedures for our prospective students at Mahmud Ahmadiyya College and should help guide you through this process
  1. Download the admission form here >>> (Download Admission Form)
  2. Pay for the admission form in favour of MAHMUD AHMADIYYA COLLEGE, IJEDE:
    (See account details down)
  3. Submit the duly filled application form with the following documents:
      • Original/Photocopy of deposit slip as evidence of payment for admission form
      • 2 recent passport photographs (not more more than 3 months old)
      • Photocopies of Candidate's Birth Certificate or Passport Data Page
      • The last/most recent Academic report Card from your child's current school
      • Applicant's Character Testimonial from current school
  4. Entrance examination date will be communicated to you via SMS, email or phone call
  5. Successful candidates will be issued a provisional letter of admission each, the same day after entrance examination
  6. Return the signed Acceptance Letter with all required payment
  7. Account department receives the bank slip/draft and issues a receipt
  8. Payments are made to designated banks
  9. The receipt is very important so please keep it safe
  10. Student meets with a senior teacher and is allocated to an appropriate class

Note:
  • Admission form into JSS 1 and 2 classes is N2000.00 while admission form into JSS 3 and SSS 1-3 classes is N5000.00
  • Prospective boarding students should download << Hostel Requirements here >>
  • NO CASH PAYMENT IN THE SCHOOL
  • School fees for Junior Secondary Students should be paid to WEMA BANK account while Senior School Students fees should be paid to GTBank account (see the banks details below).
